Dissertation Project

This project was conducted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Science at the University of Liverpool by Gus Constan.

Material resources, Internet namespace and time were wholly funded by Trilog Incorporated (a body corporate under the Canada Business Corporations Act in 1981) and it owns the intellectual rights to all project derived works notwithstanding the Intrinsic Microsoft [1] technologies.

Experimental Domain hosting is provided under Microsoft MSDN License by a dedicated Pentium 4 2.5 GHz processor hosting Windows 2003 Advanced Server  configured with Office XP Professional, Enterprise SQL Server 2000, SQL Server Analysis Services and IIS [1].

With the exception of DNS, HTTP(S), L2TP and PPTP,  all  domain network services are disabled, the system is maintained  over secure VPN tunnels with Remote Desktop.

The project used Visio Enterprise 2003 for database modeling and generation of Access 2002 ETL and Star Schema structures. ASP.Net and Windows application code was developed with Visual Studio.Net 2003 Enterprise Suite using ADO.Net, ADOMD, OLAP, OWC10 objects and the client-side WebService Behavior class [1].
